Gazpacha Olives

Gazpacha olives are cracked Manzanilla olives combined with slices of carrot, sweet and sour gherkin, spring onions, red bell pepper, garlic, and chili peppers, giving them a slightly spicy kick. All of this is packed in a marinade made with rosemary, thyme, chili peppers, and sweet paprika from La Vera, which gives the marinade its characteristic orange hue.
